Complete your online enrolment by uploading a payment receipt for the current semester fee. Without this, we cannot process your enrolment/registration. As soon as the respective amounts for the winter and summer semesters have been determined, they will be announced on this website.

certificates of exmatriculation

If you were already enrolled at one or more other universities in Germany before applying for enrolment, we require the certificate(s) of exmatriculation from the last university(s) you attended, stating the university and subject semesters. These documents are necessary for the calculation of the date of entry into the long-term tuition fee obligation. If you are still enrolled at your previous university, e.g. in order to complete your Bachelor's degree, please submit the certificate of exmatriculation together with the proof of your Bachelor's degree at the latest.

Proof of standard period of study

Submit proof of the standard period of study of your Bachelor's degree programme relevant to the application if this is more than six semesters. If it is shown on the certificate of exmatriculation from your previous university, separate proof is not required.

Upload your Bachelor's certificate (if already available) and certificate/degree certificate. If the degree is not yet available at the time of enrolment, it can be submitted by the date specified in the letter of admission. If you have already submitted it with your application - then leave this point blank.

A complete, tabular CV including all periods of study at German universities must be uploaded.

Here you can upload relevant letters of admission from other universities for enrolment at the TU, e.g. from the Hochschule für bildende Künste (HBK) for enrolment in a minor subject.

For enrolment, we require an electronic notification of your insurance status from your health insurance company, the so-called notification 10 (M10). Please contact your health insurance company and request the "M10" for TU Braunschweig, quoting our sender number H0002117. Your health insurance company will then send us the required notification electronically. further information

Please provide a digital passport photo for online enrolment. You must upload this to the university portal. The passport photo will also be printed on your student ID card, the TUcard.
