On August 20th, the first of 17 planned soil de-sealing initiatives took place in Braunschweig. Organized and led by Lebenshilfe, in collaboration with the Department of Soil Science and the Institute for Geomechanics and Geotechnics, extensive in-situ investigations were conducted, and samples were collected for further analysis. We are eager to see how the sealing affects the soil's chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical properties!
