During the stay abroad

If there are any changes in your course schedule, please update your Learning Agreement:

• Enter the modified courses in the "During Mobiliy" section.
• Have the host university sign the changes in the Learning Agreement.
• Send the updated Learning Agreement to your subject coordinator at TU Braunschweig for signature.
• Send the updated Learning Agreement with all signatures and your address abroad to: erasmus(at)tu-braunschweig.de

Have the host university confirm your first official day of your studies immediately after your arrival.

• Print out the following form:  Confirmation of Stay (PDF, 183 KB)  
• Have the "Arrival Sheet" section completed by the host university.
• Send a copy to: erasmus(at)tu-braunschweig.de
• Keep the original document to have your end of studies confirmed on the form before you leave.

Request a Transcript of Records from your host university in good time before your departure, in which all the academic credits you have achieved are noted.

Before departure, have your host university confirm your official end of studies on the Confirmation of Stay form in the "Departure Sheet" section.
