Wednesdays from 16:00-17:30 in the seminar room of the institute R137
The aim of the colloquium Electrical Power Supply is to provide a platform for the presentation and critical discussion of achieved scientific results. The colloquium is an opportunity for both undergraduate and graduate students to present and discuss the status and results of their work.
Each student project at our institute starts with an initial presentation and ends with a final presentation. The audience is composed of the students, who are working at elenia at the same time, as well as the scientific staff. Of course, the colloquium is open to all interested students.
During the first presentation, the student is given the opportunity to briefly introduce the chosen topic and explain the approach. Afterwards, questions are discussed and further ideas for the work are collected.
At the final presentation, the results are presented and discussed. This is an opportunity to practice personal rhetorical skills. Furthermore, new research topics can be learned through the different presentations from all research areas of the institute.
