Overall analysis of STOL configurations with ultra-high-bypass (UHBR) engines, including installation effects and their assessment compared to the current aircraft variants, is the focus of the scientific work. For that purpose, the simulation tools PrADO and PANAM will be updated to describe the special physics of this new aircraft configuration. The project is responsible for the integration of the various subprojects findings, by providing the required information of aircraft configurations to other subprojects, and for rating technologies with noise reduction and with efficient high-lift potential.
