Promoting the social diversity of its members in research, teaching, study and administration is a strategic goal of the Technische Universität Braunschweig. People with different skills, perspectives and experiences from Germany and abroad should study, research and work together here in an attractive, positive and healthy working environment.
We see equal opportunities and diversity as strategic development issues, and family-friendly study and working conditions are a reliable part of the university's canon of values. In the future, we will continue to discuss ideas and perspectives with university members in networks, events and consultations on how the TU Braunschweig can develop further as a family-friendly university. In doing so, we take the diverse lifestyles of our members into account when implementing suitable measures.
