Diversify is dedicated to promoting the political representation and participation of socially disadvantaged groups. Our main goal is to support young people who have a strong interest in politics and aspire to a career in politics in their educational planning and career development. We specifically target people with a history of migration, young people who are socio-economically disadvantaged and in whose families no one or only a few people have studied.

Interested parties can apply to take part in the work shadowing programme until 6 October. The work shadowing programme gives young adults aged 18-35 the opportunity to gain an insight into the day-to-day political workings of MPs' offices at state and federal level over a period of two months.
