What‘s your nicest memory of Braunschweig and do you have a favorite place?

There are so many memories of Braunschweig. But what particularly stands out are the hours spent on the university square, having a coffee or chatting briefly with friends during breaks from studying in the library or in between lectures.

Reasons why the TU Braunschweig is a great place to study:

International university, student-friendly city, future-orientated learning.

Describe the time of your studies in 3 words:

  • future-relevant
  • activating
  • (positively) challenging

Which contents of your studies can you still use in your career today?

I use the skills from the maths and programming lectures every day. The skills acquired in dealing with a wide variety of students also help when working in mixed teams of international and German students and collaborating across borders.

Are you still in touch with former fellow students? Do you see each other and if so, how often?

Yes, frequently.

What advice would you give current students for their personal career planning?

  1. Learn digital skills such as programming and algorithms.
  2. Keep up to date with industry and research trends in your field.
  3. Focus on how to learn new skills for the future.

In one sentence - In the future I wish the TU Braunschweig:

Only the best in preparing students for a sustainable and digital future.
