In the winter term 2023/2024, the lecture and exercise "Computational Methods in Bionics" will be offered. The course is aimed at students of engineering and natural sciences, computer science, and other disciplines. An introduction to the working fields of bionics and an overview of information processing abstractions of biological principles for simulation, optimization, and control of industrial as well as economic-social processes will be given.
