Braunschweig is easily accessible by train, long-distance bus, or car. The central campus of TU Braunschweig, where the conference will take place, is approximately a 15-minute walk from the city centre and can also be reached by local buses and trams.

To reach the Haus der Wissenschaft, it is best to use the bus stop "Pockelsstraße" (Bus 419, 429) or the tram stop "Mühlenpfordtstraße" (Tram 1, 2). The journey from Braunschweig Main Train Station and the bus station to the central campus of TU Braunschweig takes about 15 minutes by bus or tram.
