Elisabeth Glunz is a research associate in the BMBF-funded research project "Coping with Psychosocial Situations in Crises and Disasters" (PsychoKat). Previously, she studied psychology at the University of Konstanz.
Her interest in data-driven research on the interaction between the human psyche and the environment led her to the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK), where she analyzed the impact of an extreme weather event on mental health in her master's thesis. In her bachelor thesis, she investigated the effect of framings of social norms and goals on pro-environmental behavior and rebound effects at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI). In addition to her work at the two institutes, she also supported research at the Charité and the Chair of Health Psychology at the University of Konstanz.
