Subdivision 3.2 consists of the departments 32, 33 and 34.
The subdivision provides all facilities engineering services, i.e. operation and maintenance of TU's facilities and technical equipment. Furthermore, it ensures the supply of energy and water (heating, electricity, gas and water).
Within the university, the department carries out all necessary construction activities in its area of responsibility and supports the University Building Management (UBM) with planning and construction services for all building measures.
