Well-known family businesses such as ABUS, HARIBO and the Vaillant Group will be looking for up-and-coming managers, as will "hidden champions" and global market leaders such as BREMER and Viega.
In a very personal setting, individual career paths can be developed in binding discussions with company representatives. Compared to anonymous public companies, family businesses generally have much flatter hierarchical structures, greater personal responsibility on the part of employees and a stronger sense of corporate social responsibility.
