myAbility Talent Programm I Starting a career with a disability and/or chronic illness I Jan 2025

The transition from university to working life is a challenge for many, especially for students, doctoral students and graduates with disabilities, chronic or mental illnesses and neurodivergence. How do you go about networking, what should you bear in mind during a job interview and should you mention your diagnosis in your cover letter or not? These and many other questions occupy young people in their search for an internship, part-time job or their first job.

What is the GERMANY programme?

The myAbility Talent® GERMANY programme connects students and academics as well as people with specific vocational training with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses with well-known companies throughout Germany. The Talent Programme 2025 gives you the opportunity to take part in coaching sessions and workshops on self-presentation and to develop strategies for communicating accessibility in the workplace.

Who can participate?

The programme is aimed at motivated students and academics as well as people with specific vocational training with disabilities with accessibility needs in the workplace who are willing to network throughout Germany.

Our Talents should be willing to travel.
