The students are familiar with the use of ordinary differential equations for the description of engineering applications. They know methods to determine the quantitative and qualitative solution behaviour of dynamical system and the sensitivity of the solution behaviour.
Content
Modeling with differential equations, Bernoulli and Euler differential equations, exact differential equations, linear equations of different orders, systems of differential equations, Laplace transform, dynamical systems and stability.
