Regular exchange on current topics of centralized and decentralized administration at the TU Braunschweig

The Jours fixes serve as a regular exchange between the employees in the institutes, faculties and central facilities performing administrative tasks and the central administration. The aim is to improve the exchange of information among each other and thus cooperation.

At the meetings, current topics, interfaces, problems and suggestions for improvement are discussed, which the participants have named in advance, among other things. Furthermore, changes and new processes, etc. are briefly and concisely presented by the central administration.

The meetings are also intended to promote networking among decentralized administrative staff.
